Looking for something that is really familiar to me I thought of Corfu Town, my home town. The narrow cobbled streets with tall buildings, archers and Venetian architecture are the characteristics that remind me of where I grew up. The buildings themselves are quite old, up to 200 years old, time has already made its mark on them. Even though people still live in them they look uninhabited with just hanging clothes and the occasional light filtering out from the shutters. I think it would be very interesting to bring out the uncanny aspect of these streets.
